What staffing options are available to our company ?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Stafforce offers two staffing plans when requesting our help in filling your job openings:

First Option:
Stafforce can act as a local headhunter by screening applicants, running area ads, and following your request in making a match. We offer a 30 day guarantee that they will work out & if they don’t then there is no charge. Our fees are based up the candidates pay rate and are much, much lower than any regular headhunter fee.

Second Option:
The temporary method is very common, the worker is on Stafforce payroll for an agreed upon time. Stafforce administers all payroll, taxes, workers comp and related cost. Then at the end of that time period the worker can leave our employment and become your employee, and that’s it.

What is the cost if our company uses a temporary ?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It depends… Stafforce biggest cost is the workers compensation insurance. We have to custom bid each job based upon the workers task they will be doing at your location. Therefore we cannot have a flat rate for all requested staffing needs. We need a description of what the temp will be doing do make a fare quote for your jobsite. In most case we need to make a jobsite visit before we begin our working relationship.


How does Stafforce screen applicants ?

We screen based upon your requirements. Then we can forward the top candidates and allow you to pick from the group.
